Pauanui Beach Apartment Accommodation
Our spacious apartments’ form our coastal collection by incorporating colours from our beach environment; driftwood greys, water aquas, sandy whites and pohutukawa reds. Each apartment is individual and stylish in décor with the aim of promoting a sense of relaxation, providing the perfect room to unwind.
As well as comfort, each apartment is also functional and offers a range of bedding options king, queen, king singles and singles, some have deep bath tubs, air-conditioning and some have electric blankets for those cooler nights. Your own private Sky, Freeview or Netflex TV.
Free Wi-Fi is also available for your use in your apartment.

The one bedroom apartment is spacious and is comprised of an open plan living, dining and lounge area, a separate bedroom with queen bed, a generous wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a deep bath tub and separate shower. Oceanbreeze Apartments is a Smoke Free environment - There is absolutely no smoking allowed in any of our apartments.
All rates are in NZD and will be charged in NZD, all currency converter rates shown are indicative only and not charged in the selected currency.
Terms & Conditions:
Check in time is from 3.00pm.
Check out time is until 10.00am.
Unless prior arrangement is made with management.
A deposit equivalent to one night’s tariff will be charged against the booking credit card at the time the reservation is made.
The customer will be required to supply a valid personal credit card and photo id at check in.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests may cancel up to 7 days in advance of their arrival date for free or guests will pay 100% of their first night tariff.
